Alexandria “Alex” Hurst is an associate attorney at Vance Law Office, PLLC. She began practicing in 2018 and joined Robin Vance in 2023.

Her practice primarily focuses on domestic law. She is experienced in handling divorces, custody, visitation, child support, adoption, and termination of parental rights cases. She practices in Davidson, Rutherford, Wilson, Putnam, and the surrounding areas. Whether you are a little scared of this next step and need a gentle hand or you are coming in with a vengeance and need a fighter, Alex understands that these cases are so personal and unique, she will be the advocate you need.

Alex is originally from Arkansas but came to Nashville in 2011. She graduated from Belmont University, studying journalism and Spanish. After college, she almost returned home to begin law school at the University of Arkansas, but last minute decided she couldn’t be a Razorback, so she stayed in Middle Tennessee to attend Belmont University College of Law. Upon passing the bar exam and gaining her Tennessee law license in 2018, she has fallen in love with the very meaningful, sometimes, dramatic world of family law.

When she is not working, Alex is out walking her dog, Stella, at a concert in Nashville, or on a quick weekend trip to explore a new city.
